Privacy notice

What BuzzGames stores and why

You can play many games without an account. When you sign in, BuzzGames may store your account id, public Buzz name, game records, room participation, ratings, achievements, preferences, purchases, and support requests so those features work across supported games.

Services we use

Google provides optional sign-in, a secure database service stores account and game data, Vercel hosts the arcade and APIs, and Stripe handles payments. Stripe receives payment details directly; BuzzGames stores identifiers and access status needed to provide what you bought.

Visibility and retention

Public tables may show your chosen Buzz name, rating, or game result. They do not show your email. Operational logs, payment records, fraud-prevention records, and resolved safety reports may be retained when needed for security, legal, tax, or dispute duties. Other player-linked data is removed or anonymized when an approved deletion request is completed.

Your choices

You may play as a guest where supported, change your Buzz name, sign out, report a concern, or request deletion from the signed-in Account section. Do not put private information in a public Buzz name, room name, or abuse report.

Terms of play

Fair play and responsible use

BuzzGames is an independent browser-game arcade. Games are provided as available and may change while they are being improved. Backing, subscriptions, and purchases must not improve odds, scores, matchmaking, ratings, or leaderboard access.

• Use your own account and follow the rules shown by each game.
• Do not cheat, automate play, harass players, impersonate staff, evade moderation, disrupt rooms, or probe services without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexual, deceptive, or privacy-invasive room names, Buzz names, messages, or reports.
• Room hosts may control access and table-talk options, but they may not override platform safety rules.
• We may hide unsafe public names, remove abusive content, restrict features, or suspend access needed to protect players and the service.

Optional paid support is processed under the payment terms shown by Stripe. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived still apply.

Safety report

Report abuse or a player-safety concern

Include the game, room code if there is one, what happened, and when. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or private access tokens. Reports enter a private review queue and are not shown to other players.

Account control

Request account deletion

Sign in on the Account section, choose Request account deletion, and type the confirmation phrase. BuzzGames records the request without immediately deleting anything, so an accidental request can be cancelled while it is pending.

After review, player-linked profile, preference, room-membership, game-record, rating, and achievement data will be deleted or anonymized where practical. Records needed for payment, fraud prevention, safety, legal, tax, or dispute duties may be retained with access limited to those purposes. The request screen shows the current status.
